SPOTLIGHT: beautyheaven Beautorium haul!...

 beautyheaven beautorium

I recently participated in the beautyheaven beautorium event, where members of the site can swap the points they've earned for beauty products. I know most of you gals are beautyheaven members, but if you're not, here's what you're missing out on...

On the left is what I ordered, but on the right is what I actually received - so many extra goodies!

I've been lusting after the bhave Rescue Intense Repair Shampoo ever since I read about it on beautyheaven, but I haven't been able to find a stockist near me, so to score it for the cost of postage is complete and utter bliss. It retails for $43.95, and I'll be reviewing it here soon (I've only used it once so far, and am in love already ♥)...

As for the Kosmea Skin Clinic Rescue Balm, well I'm no stranger to this magical jar of healing ingredients, so that just had to go into my cart hey? This retails for $29.95, and my beautyheaven 5 star RAVE review of it is here.

So in case you haven't done the math thus far, I picked up two fabulous products worth $73.90 for the princely sum of $4.95 (subsidised) postage. But if that wasn't enough, those generous folk at beautyheaven threw in a whole bunch of freebies:

lapureté Okuru™ Mild Crème Facial Cleanser & Toner
lapureté Okuru™ Resurrection Night Crème
Vagisil Feminine Wash
Lady Jayne Digital Romance hair ties
Manicare glameyes miranda lashes

I was fortunate enough to win the entire lapureté skin care set from a beautyheaven comp a few months ago, and I'll be reviewing ALL these delicious products in the weeks ahead, so watch this space..

Ok then to sum up, a quick tally on my calculator and I reckon I received well over $100 worth of products for less than $5! beautyheaven thank you so much - you totally rock

Take care of you,
kats xxx

    1. Aren't they just Monique? - and they're hardly what I'd call "samples", can't believe they sent these extras to EVERYONE who participated ♥

  2. Fantastic haul Kats :D How awesome were the freebies too! I've never tried lapurete before so it will be interesting to see what the brand is like. The Lady Jayne hair ties are super cute too :D
I'm like you and absolutely love the Kosmea balm as well. It's a miracle product for lips, nails and skin. I love it!

    1. I was so impressed with the Kosmea balm that came in the DJ's bag - it's brilliant for cuts and scratches too. And I've only just started using the lapureté skin care and I'm loving it so far - it was SO tempting to start it weeks ago but I had some other products to use up first :-)

  4. Great haul! That rescue balm sounds intriguing. I wasn't going to place an order, but then I got caught up in all the excitement and photos of hauls that I ended up ordering something :)

  5. Plllllleeeeease don't use the Vagisil Feminine Wash unless you want reoccurring thrush and other nastiness happening - your body is hugely clever at 'cleaning' itself, it annoys me no end that evil companies pray on the insecurities of woman that they aren't 'clean enough' or 'pretty enough' down there to make shed loads of cash.

Sorry - rant and personal bug bear over with - fabo haul - I am also in love with the Kosmea Skin Clinic Rescue Balm - so lovely :D

  6. Awesome haul! I gave beautorium a miss this time because I didn't have points. I really wanted Bhave. I had the Bhave keratin treatment last year and just loved it! The S/C is so good. I paid full price for them but they lasted me 6 months, so that's super value. Now I need to buy again because nothing else compares to it and my hair is addicted to it :D

  8. I love seeing everybody's Beautorium hauls. It's interesting to see what we all choose to spend our points on. I pretty much always get things I need, unless there's something I really want. It's always such an exciting time. :) I posted up my haul a few days ago. xx

    1. The balm is brilliant Lisa - I use it for all sorts of things, most recently I grazed my arm quite badly while gardening, and the balm reduced the inflammation and soreness in 24 hours, and the whole thing healed within 3 days :-)
