EOTD Catch Up & Nutrimetics Giveaway!...

Been way to long since I posted some EOTD's  I still create them every working day of the week, but upload-worthy photos are becoming rarer by the minute, either because I don't leave myself sufficient time to take enough pics to end up with a decent one, or I simply wake up too wrinkly - and then if I crop out all the craggy saggy bits, there's only the pupils left ha ha! I'm exaggerating of course, but it's a fact that the signs of ageing accelerate exponentially with each passing year after 60, and that's that. So before I get any older, here is a selection from the past few months, and if you make it to the bottom of the page, there's a gorgeous giveaway for one of you lovelies ...

No. 1 - Rusty red from the BH Cosmetics Take Me Back To Brazil palette over the top of Eye of Horus Scarab Sapphire Goddess Pencil, which is also on the waterline...

No. 2 - Charcoal and sparkly silver from the Morphe Brushes 12z paletteNatio Steel Grey Define Eye Pencil on the waterline...

No. 3 - Colourpop Melrose + MBA Cosmetics Spiced Pumpkin, Eye of Horus Serpentine Sultry Goddess Pencil on the waterline...

No. 4 - Black, green and lime from the BH Cosmetics Take Me Back To Brazil palette, Eye of Horus Serpentine Sultry Goddess Pencil on the waterline...

No. 5 - Colourpop Dare + Essence Raspberry Frosting, Natio Steel Grey Define Eye Pencil on the waterline...

No. 6 - Blend of red and orange from the BH Cosmetics Take Me Back To Brazil palette, Eye of Horus Serpentine Sultry Goddess Pencil on the waterline...

No. 8 - Ribbon & Organza from the Sleek Oh So Special palette, Eye of Horus Charcoal Obsidian Goddess Pencil on the waterline...

Quite a variety of colours though nothing all that vivid, but hey it's Winter, and the vibrant and inspiring hues of Spring aren't far away...

GIVEAWAY!!!
I have way too many eyeshadow palettes, so I've decided to give away my most recent acquisition - the Nutrimetics Professional Smokey Eye Shadow Palette, which was a freebie. While I adore the colours, I'll simply never make enough use of it, and then I'll feel bad for neglecting it. Valued at $69, it's a mix of mattes and shimmers in a white metal tin case, includes a double-ended applicator brush, and has been safely stored away in its box in a dark drawer...

    1. hhmm now this was a very hard choice. I love the mix of the greens with the pinks. I do that often too but I think this time I will go for #6. Its the look that is the most vibrant and I love colour.
Lately I have been putting effort in to using different colours each day while I sort out exactly what colours to take with me when I head away next month. As last year was a bust and I couldnt go anywhere due to my Carers duties ....this holiday seems to have taken for ever to arrive. Two months travelling will be wonderful....Im sure this lovely palette would delight in coming with me...I know it would :D

    2. Very hard to pinpoint down to one only. I have diddled it down to 3 and even that was hard kats. I do love greens and pinks but I am going to go for no 5 Colourpop due to it looks fabulous on you and it is getting nearer to Spring weather.

    3. Gee that's just too hard, kats. Every one is a stunner. But, if it has to be just one then I'll choose no.1 because it has something special about it and just stands out - maybe a bit of the Cleopatra look.

    4. Red & orange eyeshadows are so versatile! I love them! My favourite is #1 - it makes your green eyes pop!

    5. I love 7 just because I’m a green fanatic, but my favourite look on you is 8, I feel like the contrast really brings out your beautiful eye colour.

    6. Kats, I love all your eye looks, its so bright and fun. This is hard but if I had to choose, I would go with #6 because the blend of red and orange gives (what looks to be) a warm bronzey shade that contrasts with your cool blues, making your eyes pop. But you can't go wrong with any of these looks
because you've got mad makeup skills. xx -gilded

    8. My fave eye look is number 5. I love this pretty look and how the pink and grey shades work so well together. My second fave look is number 8.

    9. #7 - the forest green + teal is a lovely match to your eye colour. I'm not very adventurous with eye makeup and this palette would spur me into experimenting!
